Before I go out and buy the components to make a new one has anyone got a hydraulic pressure tester surplus to their requirements? I have purchased a 1" Minnie traction engine, which needs some minor repairs to the Lubricator & one of the Boiler fittings. As I have no tools of my own which are suitable, nor am I familiar with this type of engine, Is there someone in the Tewkesbury area who would be willing to repair this engine and show me how to operate it?
